What is RENDERING.ASIA?
RENDERING.ASIA is a service that connects providers with buyers that need rendering projects done. Much like an auction, buyer projects are posted and interested providers bid on them.

For Buyers: How much does it cost?
For Buyers it is: Free to sign up Free to post projects Free to select service providers Free to use the escrow service Optional payment of $5 to make your project featured The only payment you must make is for the chosen service providers work.

For Providers: How much does it cost?
For Providers it is: Free to sign up Free to bid on projects Free to use the escrow service We charge a small commission of 10% on projects won. Monthly subscription membership is available for $5 per month with no commission on projects won.

How do I sign up?
If you need a rendering project done, then sign up as a Buyer. If you are a skilled rendering professional, then sign up as a Provider. User Names may not contain spaces or special characters. Read the terms of service for using RENDERING.ASIA, then mark that you agree to them. A Security word will be shown and must be entered exactly. Rendering service Providers will have some additional options to fill in: Hourly Rate - optional rate for additional work if required. Area of Expertise - your skills. Notification - optional email notification may be sent when a project is posted that matches your area of expertise. Your Profile - optional details about your experience, skills, qualification. No contact information is allowed to be shown as stated in our terms of service. When all the information is entered, click the Signup button. A confirmation email will be sent to you with a link to activate your account.

How do I post a project?
Once you have a FREE account registered with RENDERING.ASIA you will be able to log-in and post projects. To post a project, follow these simple steps: 1. Click on the Post Project link at the top of the page 2. Enter your Project Name. Choose a straight forward, appealing project name for best results 3. Enter your Project Description. Be as detailed as possible, stating the scope of the work, quality expected and payment terms. 5. Attach drawings and specifications (PDF, DOC, JPG, DWG, for multiple files save to ZIP) 6. Set Project Budget (optional) 7. Enter the number of days you want the project listed 8. Select "I want to pay $5.00 to have my project listed as a Featured project" (optional) 9. Click on the Submit Project button To receive the best prices on your project, fully specify what is required so that Providers don't have to guess. They may pad their prices to cover unknown costs.

What are Featured projects?
When creating a new project, you may have your project listed as a Featured project. Featured projects are labeled as Featured on the projects page. You will need funds in your account to purchase a featured project listing. Visit the Manage Account page and add funds using online payment service PayPal or credit card.

Can I change my projects once posted?
Log into your account and find the Manage Account link. You will see your current listings under Project's I've Created and Job's I've Created, with the options to extend, edit and close your job or project. Use Extend to increase the duration of your project listing. Use Edit to append additional content to the project description. The original description may not be changed, only added to. If you have made a major error in your project listing, then Close the project and create a new one.

How do I know who's interested in my project?
When you receive a bid you will be granted with the new option to Pick Provider on the Manage Account page. You will also see the number of bids underneath the Bids column. As soon as any bids are placed on your posted job or project, you will receive an email letting you know the bid details. You can manage all of your project bids through the account manager and also view previously posted project and job information.

How do I contact bidders and ask questions about bids?
You may ask questions or clarify project details to Providers that bid on your project. Select your project from the projects page. Click the project name to see details, then click on VIEW PROJECT MESSAGE BOARD. You may send a private message to a selected bidder or post public comments about your project. Use the project message board for posting messages. No contact information is allowed to be posted as stated in our terms of service.

I'm ready to select a contractor or supplier
Select the Pick Provider option on the Manage Account page.. A list of all bids pertaining to your project will appear with their bid information. You will be able to select which contractor or supplier you would like by checking off the bullet beside their user name, and clicking the Place Bid button. You don't have to pick the lowest bid, you should also consider reputation, experience and qualifications before making your final decision. Note: It is only possible to select one provider per project. For projects that require multiple Providers, create multiple projects.

My project was completed, how do I pay?
Payments are made by you directly to the Provider selected. An escrow service is also available.

How do I edit my profile details?
Click the Manage Account link, there you will find options to edit your profile details.

How does the escrow service work?
The escrow service to provided to safeguard Buyers and Providers. Buyers are assured that the project is completed to the project description and quality standards are met before payment is released to the Provider. Providers are assured that the Buyer will pay once the project is completed to the project description and quality standards are met. The escrow service is free. When there is a dispute, the RENDERING.ASIA Administrator will work with both parties to resolve the issue. If the issue can not be resolved then the Administrators decision will be final.

What are the stars beside my name?
The stars are our review system. You and everyone else will be rated based on interactions with other users on RENDERING.ASIA. All users are encouraged to review the service of their Buyer/ Provider once work is completed. To rate and give reviews on your projects, log in and go to the Manage Account page. In the Past Projects area, select the Leave Feedback option or click the star to rate and review your Buyer or Provider.

What are Jobs?
Jobs are for employment listings. If you have full time, part time or temporary job vacancies, please post them on our website. It's FREE.

How do I report violations?
Users that post contact information, offensive material or unauthorized advertising on this website may be banned and have their IP Addresses blocked from accessing this website. Please click the Report Violations link at the bottom of the page if you see any inappropriate or offensive postings or conduct.

How do I bid on a project?
Log in, then click on the project which you are interested in bidding on. Scroll to the bottom of the page, and you will see a button that says Place Bid. Beneath it, are all the current bids for that job or project. Remember, you are in competition for this project with each of these bidders. Click on the Place Bid button, and fill in the requested information, being sure to be as detailed and accurate as possible.

Can I cancel or retract my bid?
You will need to log into your RENDERING.ASIA account, and find the Manage Account link at the top of the page. You should find a list of projects you've currently bid on, and on the right column is the option to retract your bid. Click on Retract Your Bid and you will be prompted to confirm your action. Please be certain before retracting any bids!

What happens when my bid is accepted?
When your bid is accepted you will be sent a confirmation email. Your contact email address will be sent to the Buyer, and the Buyers contact email address will be sent to you.

The project is completed. How do I use the Rating and Review system?
Once you have completed the project, review and rate the Buyer. Log in and go to the Manage Account page. Look at the Projects I've Won area, then click the star next to the Project Creator name. Here you will be able to apply a rating and write a review of the Buyer.
